Dillon produces concrete masonry units for the mining industry for ventilation control, underground structures and roof support. Better airflow means a safer environment for miners while also reducing the risk of explosions from a harmful gas buildup. Blocks are available in many sizes. Common uses include stoppings to direct airflow for better ventilation and permanent seals for mined-out areas.
